End Title Sequence – Drawing a Blank
I was thrilled to design and animate the end title sequence for SAGU Cinema’s first full-length feature film Drawing a Blank. (I was also the DIT or “Data Wrangler” for the film, managing the workflow from the negative format to the post-production suite.)
The director gave me nine names he wanted featured and a 45-60 second time limit for the sequence, which he wanted featured between the end of the film and the credits. I worked with the film’s composer Daniel Borden to adapt the music.
My vision was to keep the black and white feel from the film’s promotional content (posters, Blu-ray, etc.) while creating a 3D look for the video.
